The issue was caused by Root CA outside of our control expiring, and the following looks to have solved the issue.
As a first step, please patch up to 14.5.9 if you are on version 14.5. If you're on an older version of the software, it's recommended to upgrade to 14.5. Instructions for upgrading can be found here.

2) Choose SSL Certificates under Services
3) Enter ws.icthrive.com into the Host field. The port is 443
4) Click install.
5) Restart the Windows server, which is required for the ws.icthrive.com cert to become active.
